- Attendees that will be traveling to the National Wellness Conference should click here to create an account and profile.

- Enter the National Wellness Institute Site ID (wellness) and Password Key (nwi10), case sensitive.
- Complete the Account Creation Steps the first time you log in by entering a User Name (your e-mail address) and creating a password.
- Complete the registration process by entering profile information requested, making note of required fields.
- Before booking travel, please click on Profile at the top right of the page and complete all areas of the profile, including gender and birth date before making a online reservation.

Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA) in Mosinee, WI is a 20-minute drive to the conference site.
Outagamie County Regional Airport (ATW) in Appleton, WI is an approximately 60-minute drive to the conference site.
Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) in Madision, WI is an approximately 1-hour-and-45-minute drive to the conference site
Airport Shuttle
A free airport (from/to CWA only) and campus shuttle service is available for conference participants staying at the Ramada Stevens Point. Attendees must reserve airport shuttle three weeks prior to the conference. Call 800.998.2311.
Many participants choose to stay in campus residence halls. Rates are per person, per night, available Friday, July 16, 1 p.m., through Friday, July 23, 12 p.m.. No early arrivals or late departures. Two individuals only (of any age) allowed per room. Please note that air conditioned rooms are no longer available for the 2010 Conference. Fans can be requested for non-air conditioned rooms. Hotels
Ramada Stevens Point is the 2010 National Wellness Conference host hotel, offering their guests free airport (from/to CWA only) and campus shuttle service. Reserve airport shuttle three weeks prior to NWC. Call 800.998.2311. Campus shuttle runs on a pre-determined schedule.

Meals are available from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point dining hall Monday, July 19 - Thursday, July 22, 2010. Meal tickets may be purchased for $26/day per person and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lunch only is available Saturday, July 17 and Sunday, July 18; tickets may be purchased for $8.10 each.

Parking on campus is restricted to permit holders from 6 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday. Campus parking permits for Lot P only, on Isadore Street across from the residence halls, may be purchased at the Cashier in the registration area for $4 per day or $16/week (M-F). Purchase your parking pass through NWI prior to the Conference to avoid surcharges. Parking passes may be purchased through your online registration or by calling 715.342.2969. Parking permits are non-refundable.
Do not park in any non-metered spaces or in non-designated campus lots at any time. Permits are not required on Saturday or Sunday, or Monday-Friday, 7 p.m.-2 a.m. There is no overnight parking on any city street (you will be ticketed). The National Wellness Institute cannot waive/intercede on parking tickets. If you receive a UWSP parking ticket, go to the Parking Services Office, Room 124, in the George Stien Building on the north end of campus (715.346.3900; if calling from a campus phone dial 3900). City parking tickets are your responsibility.
Handicap Parking
Display your state certified handicap hang tag, and you may park at any campus meter without paying the meter or in any handicap-designated space on campus. If you park in a non-metered space without a permit you will be ticketed.
Metered Lots
Meters are patrolled and must be used 6 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Parking is free during non-patrolled hours. Metered lots are closed 2 a.m.-6 a.m. daily.
