What goes into a collaboration with NWI’s Advisory Services?

We begin with an assessment to better understand what you seek to accomplish with your wellness engagement strategy. We co-produce a scope of work complete with an operating plan, budget, realistic timelines, and key performance indicators. Upon approval by you and your leadership team, NWI goes to work to activate the approved plan with you.

You and your team are the reason for your people’s success. NWI’s Advisory Team works alongside your team to ensure they are properly trained and prepared champions, who can lead and sustain the strategy.

Wellness has never been more important than it is today.

80% of respondents from the Global Human Capital Trends survey identified wellness as being an “important” or “very important” priority for organizational success.

  • Large employers in the United States spent on average $762 per employee for wellness.
  • In 2018, $53.6 billion was spent by US corporations and are estimated to reach $90.7 billion by 2026. And this data was prior to the Coronavirus outbreak.
  • Recruitment, retention, and return to work are major issues. A key factor of success is the proper training and support of your wellness champions network.
Why collaborate with the National Wellness Institute?

NWI’s advisors are selected from thousands of highly trained subject matter experts (SMEs) who work alongside our Project Management team. You no longer have to rely on a single voice to solve a multidimensional, multicultural issue.

  • Our expertise is rooted in decades of success in operations, human resources, safety, finance, marketing, DEI, financial wellness, mental health, health, health care, benefits, public health, fitness, health coaching, and organizational leadership.
  • NWI is not beholden to any one vendor. We work on behalf of the success of your organization and hold our Advisors to the Wellness Compliance Institute’s Code of Conduct standard.
  • Nowhere else can you find an organization that has the level of expertise and centralized knowledge services available in a one-stop shop.
