For over 20 years, Organizational Wellness & Learning Systems’ (OWLS’) evidence-based “Team Awareness and Team Resilience” training has helped dozens of organizations improve the resilience and mental well-being of their workers and their members. Now, through a new collaboration with the NWI, you and your team can also benefit from this training, in either online or face-to-face delivery. NWI has partnered with OWLS since 2018 to train over 300 individuals from various workplaces, groups, and associations to facilitate our Elements of Thriving courses.
We are now excited to give your team the opportunity to directly experience these two 90-minute highly interactive, immersive, and experiential workshops:
“Resilience & Thriving: The Secret Power of Stress”: Participants learn skills for identifying healthy methods to not only address stress (cope), but also to transform difficulty into a positive asset for resilience and thriving.
“Empowered Health Consciousness”: Participants learn to recognize their level of health consciousness and use various tools to strengthen their ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle when faced with inevitable emotional triggers.

Stress-free Training—As It Should Be!
We aim to make the process as seamless as possible. Whether online or in-person, all programs have a point-of-contact (POC) leader who assists with scheduling and assembling a class roster, helping you customize the training to best fit your needs. OWLS handles registration, class monitoring, and post-session surveys. OWLS customization will ensure that the training chosen reinforces existing resources within your organization.
