The National Wellness Institute Worksite Wellness Specialist Certificate course is recognized as the premier training program for worksite wellness, human resources, benefits, and interdisciplinary professionals who are responsible for the management and maintenance of a well workforce.
The Certificate course is purposefully designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, abilities, and tools necessary to create and sustain an inclusive culture of high-level wellness via a comprehensive wellness strategy.
About the Course
By participating in this course, online or in-person, you’ll build your competencies in worksite wellness and receive helpful downloadable resources and assessments, PDFs of the Participant Guide and the NWI “Wellness Champion Workbook,” and an online exam. View Course Modules & Objectives
Six-week self-paced online course: Complete eight interactive eLearning modules at your convenience and engage in an online discussion board with the facilitator and other learners in your cohort while building your Worksite Wellness Specialist Portfolio and preparing for your online Certificate exam. Offered bi-monthly.
Two-day in-person course: Learn from and engage with your peers and your course facilitator while participating in group discussions and activities, building your Worksite Wellness Specialist Portfolio, and preparing for your Certificate exam (which you’ll have two weeks to complete online following the training).
Continuing Education Credit
