Submission Deadline: Certified Wellness Practitioner [Optional] Eligibility Verification Review
Request an optional Eligibility Verification Review by August 15 for the September CWP Exam ($25 fee applies).
Registration Deadline: Certified Wellness Practitioner Certification Exam
Access to the online exam begins September 10. Exam must be completed in one sitting by September 24.
